Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during the transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient collection time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
